This bundle gets you a full side of beef. The cuts below are representative of what is generally included in the approximate 200 lbs of beef. The 1/2 beef share will fit inside a large chest freezer (~10 cu ft).
- Ground Beef
- Roasts (Rump, Chuck, Sirloin)
- Brisket
- Mix of steaks (Hanger, flank, sirloin, strip, filet, Skirt, T-Bone)
- Stew Beef (or additional ground if preferred)
- Ribs (lots of ribs! Excellent for BBQ)
- Soup/Stock Bones
